What are your rates?

Casa Veronica (7-night minimum stay)
- July to September: £300 plus £100 cleaning charge
- October to June: £270 plus £100 cleaning charge
- if you would like the pool heated for the duration of your stay it is €20 a day, payable in advance. Please give us at least a week notice as the heater needs to be turned on at least 5 days before your stay.
- £250 or €250 damage deposit which will be returned on check out if no issues.

Tamarisk (5-night minimum stay)
- £350 per night plus £100 cleaning charge
£250 damage deposit to be sent to host and returned on check out if no issues.
- £350 per night plus £100 cleaning charge
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in after 4pm.Self check in via a lock box.
- Check-out is 10am.
- If you arrive earlier, we can arrange for you to drop off your luggage or if possible check in earlier. Please contact us with requests.
Rental Rules
- No smoking inside the house.
- No pets allowed.
- Cleaning service: A one-time cleaning fee of £100 is charged to cover the cost of cleaning after your stay.
- No parties or guests who are not on the booking.
