SWIMMING POOL – USE AT OWN RISK

By using the swimming pool facilities at Casa Veronica, Moncarapacho, Portugal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that swimming and the use of the pool area involve inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slips, falls, injuries from entering or exiting the pool, and injuries resulting from the actions of other users. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with using the swimming pool.

Responsibility for Safety: You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any children or individuals under your supervision while using the swimming pool and surrounding area. You agree to ensure that all individuals under your supervision are competent swimmers and are aware of and adhere to all posted safety rules and guidelines.

No Lifeguard on Duty: You acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty at this swimming pool. You are solely responsible for ensuring your safety and the safety of those in your care.

Compliance with Rules: You agree to comply with all posted safety rules and any verbal instructions provided by the property owner or their representatives.

Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release and forever discharge Helen winskill, and their agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the swimming pool and surrounding area, including but not limited to injuries, illness, or death, even if caused by the ordinary negligence of Helen winskill or their agents, employees, or representatives.

Acknowledgement: By using the swimming pool, you signify that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by the terms of this waiver.
